I help clients navigate journeys of awakening and healing.
My practice bridges Western Psychology and Eastern Spirituality. I offer a body-based approach to doing deep shadow work, releasing trauma, and supporting the awakening process. This often begins by learning how to get out of our heads and into our bodies. Insights arise naturally when we begin to see clearly the underlying beliefs and old patterns of conditioning at play. Some common areas of exploration include relationships and intimacy, emotion work, mindfulness, self compassion, intuition and authenticity. There is no limit to what can be explored here.
In addition to my training in Existential Psychotherapy, I draw from wisdom practices such as Indo-Tibetan Meditation, Self-Inquiry, Yoga and Nonduality. I also have a background working in Athletics and Exercise Rehabilitation.
